"Shabby Chic, beautiful location. Needs a major overhaul as the bathrooms have quite a bit of mildew and rust, be prepared for an ewww factor. Everything needs paint. Pool was lovely and you can’t beat the beautiful view of the ocean with birds, dolphins and surfers. "

"Great views from the room's balcony. Walking paths and beach right outside the hotel. Parking is interesting with self-parking adjacent to hotel in a public parking structure. Room service was delicious with food offerings from the in-house restaurant. The Steak Frites was phenomenal. Otherwise, great room design offering a spacious, comforting stay."

"I originally intended to stay one night and wound of staying six. Solid 2.5 star motel conveniently located between Ventura and Ojai. Staff were very friendly and willing to work with me to match online rates when I wanted to extend. Prices were extremely reasonable given the area and the distance to amenities. 10/10 would stay again."
