"The place looked a little sketchy at first as it’s in back of an apartment building in a quaint neighborhood. But the owners did a good job of making it feel like home and safe at night with lots of lighting. The amentities inside were not updated but didn’t seem to matter as I had everything I needed it was very clean. The bed was comfy. I was a very short walk to many bars and restaurants and my companies office on Magnolia. Would stay here again."

"The place is in a great location. Downtown close to plenty of food and things to do around. I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed my whole stay, I probably would not have paid what I did if I would have known that. We also did not have a second blanket the first night, had to cover up with sheets. We contacted them and they didn’t bring a blanket until my second day. If you offer a second bed and understand it will be used I figure you should have proper equipment that...

"Great location! Close to bagels for the morning, 15 min walk to the convention center and a 7 min walk to a great steak restaurant! Loved the apartment! Was very nice and felt like a place you’d want to live! I’m definitely booking again the next time I’m in Dallas!!"

"This place was very good location for us to go back and forth to the convention center. It had mostly everything we needed, but no extras. Very minimal. There was very little lighting in the whole apartment and the ones in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The walls are also not sound proof at all. We had neighbor noises all through out the night and day. It was overall sufficient for our needs for the quick weekend."

"Much more economical and spacious option for our family of 4. Quick ride into downtown. Nice little pool with a Baja ledge. VERY clean and well-equipped. Comfy beds and modern/attractive aesthetic. Definitely recommend!"

"Overall the stay was very nice and the property is in a nice location. I will note there is a nail salon in the lobby of the building so if you are sensitive to strong smells please be aware the acetone is very overwhelming. Our only challenge was that we had insufficient bedding for the sofa bed and the host did not respond to our request, which means we had to pull being from the other beds to make it work."
