Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers.
We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on main meals.
Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if I’m ever in Chaves.

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing.
Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.
