"Wonderful reception and dining room staff. Super clean and comfy room, great views from the balcony, useful drawers and storage space. Superb breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked items. Fabulous location with beach opposite, sun loungers available and cocktails and snacks served to you on the beach. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent location with a fantastic view of Beach club Well Pool and Sea - very clean and equipped with everything - there is music being played from 0900 to evening but we looked upon it as free entertainment. There is very good soundproofing inside so the music is only heard outside. We were travelling with young children and so hired stair gates from Tina’s baby equipment hire but there are a lot of stairs and the guard could only be installed on the main bottom stair so may not be suitable for very young children but our 4 year olds were fine. Will book again."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."

"A block away from the beach or just steps away from your pool, it was the perfect location! I’d recommend buying the all inclusive package - great food, drinks and snacks!! The staff were over the top helpful and had an abundance of kindness - they tried to create a family type feeling."
