Every traveler staying in our apartment must fill out and sign an online form that we will send before arrival. Thank you for your understanding! 2\. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT We offer several check-in options to meet your needs including flexible online self check-in. This type of check-in is possible if you complete the registration form 24 hours prior to your arrival. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. CZK 500,00 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Please return the access keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of CZK 1.000,00 per keys. 3\. GUEST COUNT Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. If you wish for separate beds or bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival. Extra bedding and towels after check-in can be provided for a fee of 150 CZK per set, with a minimum of 2 sets per delivery. 4\. EXTRA SERVICES We offer multiple types of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
