Kindly read the house rules before making a reservation. We’re happy to provide a baby crib and high chair at no extra cost — just let us know at least one day before arrival. Please note: if you book for 2 guests, the main bed in the bedroom will be prepared by default. If you would prefer separate sleeping arrangements and need linen for the sofa bed, kindly inform us at least one day in advance. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement. You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate. Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed on the balcony with closed balcony door.
