Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass sich die Fenster nur mit großem Aufwand öffnen lassen. Dafür hat man in der Wohnung aber eine Art Zwangsbelüftung. Negativ ist zu bewerten, dass es im Bad keinen Heizkörper gibt (und kein Fenster!), der die feuchten Handtücher wieder trocken werden lässt und für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgt. Deshalb in der Gesamtbewertung auch nur 3 Punkte. Die Wohnungstemperatur selbst war in Ordnung. Sie lässt sich über 2 E-Heizkörper regeln. ##### Henry Siegbert B.
