The room was good for the price (we selected two twin beds), and the staff was very nice. This hotel is right in the heart of the most walkable areas in Prague and is only a block and a half away from the old town square. Better directions for finding it would have been helpful though because google maps/Apple Maps had trouble routing us to the right place and kept taking us across the street since it’s a pretty dense area. Once we decided to find the names and addresses of all the places on the street we were able to locate it. Close to the astronomical clock and the kinsky museum, comfortable beds, spacious room and wide selections of restaurants and the market just in front, however the hotel has no air conditioner, no elevator, (especially when you have heavy luggages and on the 4th floor), very loud noise from people partying all night til 6 in the morning, no hot water, the tv wasn’t working. Overall we did not get a good sleep all night. Very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and clean. Came with linens and towels. Had a coffee/tea and blow dryer. Our room was located on the 2nd floor just above the market. I loved waking up to bustling outside each morning. The location was absolutely perfect for walking to all attractions in Prague 1\. Old town, St. Charles Bridge etc are just a few to name. Close to all shops, museums, and anywhere you would like to eat.
