The living room features a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. A balcony is also part of the apartment. This sought-after location is comprised of residential buildings and provides excellent transport options. The Karlovo náměstí metro station is just 2 minutes away by tram, while the city ring is reachable by car in 7 minutes. Václav Havel Airport is accessible in 27 minutes, and the Nový Smíchov Shopping and Entertainment Centre is a quick 8-minute drive. Nearby amenities include local shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, and a post office. For leisure activities, there are an outdoor gym, tennis courts, and cycling paths.
