Great breakfast - Bad dinner
The staff at the hotel were amazing - friendly and helpful - both the barman and the lady at reception. We were slightly disappointed that upon arrival the room allocated to us did not have a bath (Junior Suite) as requested via email. The lady at reception changed the room for us when we asked if the room had a bath. We then went all the way up to the room to discover that it only had a shower. So back down we went and had to have the room changed again - She kindly gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bath. I feel that our email request was simply ignored. The only other negative would like to mention was dinner - my husband had the burger and I had the goulash - both big NOs - the burger comes with a black bun (we are all for trying new things, but it should be mentioned on the menu) - it did not look good and it certainly did not taste nice either. I have no idea what "meat" was used for my goulash but it tasted like plastic -the dumplings were not good at all - I left my entire plate. The deserts were stale and also not tast. On the flip side - breakfast was divine, well prepared, fresh and very yummy. Overall we would stay again - but just have dinner somewhere else :-)

While a few miles from town center, we found it easy to park at the Palladium parking in town and save money by staying at this very nice, clean, nearby hotel. Cold a/c in room was great. Good experience.

Terrible stay ever!
It's a 3-star motel level . Never book a room with a breakfast nor half board! Dinner was horribly lacking, and if you want to order extra drinks, you should go to another restaurant in the hotel. You can drink there only the tab water. The reception didn't give accurate information, and they prepared a room of a type that I had not reserved, so I went up and down three times between the room and the reception, but I didn't hear a word of apology.

Nice clean budget hotel but one, big but… This is how the toilet and bathtub are exist and hitgthr whole bathroom appear in the hotel room. There is no door to the bathroom and when your need to enter the bathtub our opponent in the room can see you reflection via mirrors in the cloakroom. If you live together for many years this is ok, but when you are new to each other it’s kind of strange to have no door to the bathroom. Other was good

Modern & clean hotel with easy access to the red line. Bed & linen was super comfortable. Ample work station & fast/reliable internet. My only gripe is that it borders a cemetery & you can see the tombstones from the window. But! Here's the bright side: At least it's quiet & will stay that way.

The hotel overall is very nice, and with cheap and always available transportation to the city center, the location is great as well. There is a restaurant and a bar both in the lobby, as well as several choices within walking distance. The only issue we had is that the air conditioning didn't function. Our room got a little too warm at times. There is a sticker on the window asking to keep it closed so the A/C functions correctly, which we found ironic because it didn't work at all. Overall, a good experience. The next time we go to Prague, we will definitely consider this hotel again.
