Dear Laron.Thank you very much for your feedback.You are absolutely right about the phone in the room - as mentioned in "room description" we do not have phones in our basic rooms - in all higher category roooms we have phones, minibars etc.All bathrooms are equiped with soaps, shampoo, vanity kit and in case you would like to have for example shaving kit, shover cap or even toothbrush the only thing you need is to contact the reception.
