Numa Laurel is the perfect stay if coming to prague! So modern and luxurious, close enough to walk to all attractions and they keep in touch all the way via whatsapp. They couldnt be more perfect!

Like the other reviews, this particular property is in prime location (but not too touristy like Old Town), easily accessible from airport, beautifully decorated, excellent value and had lovely in-room amenities. I think this is perfect for a short stay of few days max. We stayed for 7 days and cleaning was only offered for free for 8 days or longer. You can get extra coffee, toilet paper and linens from a closet on a different floor but after a few days, the room just isn't very comfortable. Midweek cleaning included would be perfect (costs 750 czk), so would the availability of a microwave and trash removal. There wasn't anywhere to put extra trash unless you coordinate a pick up via the app. Ask for a room with a balcony. Overally a great stay with some minor inconveniences mentioned above and the club nearby can be noticeable at night.

Nice hotel room. Nice location
It was a good location in New Town. Starbucks across the street. Many restaurants and bars around. Old town is minutes of walk away. Recommend to stay here and would stay here again

Amazing stay at Numa Laurel
This was the second stay at a Numa property in Prague for us. The Laurel is a beautiful property in the center of Prague. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Our rooftop room was amazing, and although we didn’t have an open view over the city, the room was quiet and spacious. Would come back in a heart beat!

Excellent with a caveat
The method of automated accommodation and end of stay is excellent and in this respect the hotel's communication with the customer via whatsapp is very good. However, I personally do not like the breakfast package, especially in a situation where I used the hotel's services for the first time and did not know how to choose from the offered breakfast menus. In short - the breakfast service method is a minus for me and I don't know if I will ever return to the hotel because of this solution. On the other hand - the location, cleanliness, size of the room, bathroom and quality of equipment, attention of the hotel upon arrival, all this is at a high level and I am grateful for this.

I was a little disappointed with this stay because I paid for a Deluxe Confort room (bigger double room with big windows so I could see the city), and instead I got a regular size room (still quite big), but the windows were these small attic windows I would have to climb on top of the bed to look outside. When I brought it up to the hotel, Cristopher said I was assigned the room I booked through Expedia, which was the smaller one I got according to them. Well, well, well. Low and behold, I have just received my receipt from them, and guess what it said I booked? A Deluxe Comfort room, aka the bigger room with bigger windows. Did I get a deluxe comfort room? No. Did I pay for a deluxe comfort room yes. So which one is it Cristopher? Also, I spoke to Expedia and they also confirmed I booked the bigger double room, Deluxe Comfort NOT deluxe. Zero idea what happened there, but playing the blame game and pointing fingers is not cute. Aside from staying in the attic of this building when I paid for a big room with big bay windows, the place was clean, modern with a great location in the middle of the old town. About a 7 minute walk from the clock and surrounded by cafes and shops. Felt very secure and had a very secure check in with a PIN code. Amenities were free, and the building itself was gorgeous. Wasn’t impressed with the lack of accountability though, and paying for something and getting something else.

Una experiencia buena, aunque dos temas que si son super elementales para nosotros, y creo que para cualquer visitante que pueda llegar a usar este hotel y el que sea. Llegando no pudimos entrar porque es un hotel de naturaleza desatendido, es decir, que no hay una recepción y por tanto quien te reciba y te ayude, todo es por corre y whatsapp, el problema fue que no recibimos el correo que debimos haber recibido 24 horas antes con las instrucciones de llegada, el código se acceso al hotel y a la habitación, así es que estuvimos en la calle esperando a que alguien nos contestara, porque por supuesto que la gente de hoteles.com se lavó las manos diciendo que lo viéramos con la propiedad, y una vez quel vimos con los mismos de numa qué tardaron al rededor de 30 minutos en responder, mientras fue estar en la calle, afortunadamente te enfrente hay un starbucks y no estuvimos a luz de sol esperando. Una vez que te responden si son muy amables y te atienden bien, no tan rápidos como a uno le gustaría pero al me os si te responden. Y la otra es que nadie limpia, y eso no lo dicen, así es que los tres días qué estuvimos, la habitación no se limpió ni nada, y la verdad creo que si hizo falta cuando menos el tema de camas, toallas y baño.

Die Zimmer sind toll. Sie sind modern, zweckmäßig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend, die Kommunikation über WhatsApp klappt reibungslos. Todo muy bien, cerca de todo y muy grande y acogedora la habitación. El suelo del baño con la opción de mantenerlo caliente y para secar las toallas también viene fenomenal y también tiene una plancha con su tabla...Todo muy cómodo y acogedor. Las bebidas de cortesía, la cama grande y el baño. Todo ventajas y cerca de todo (metro, autobús,tiendas, supermercado). No hay recepción ni llaves, se entra con un código y eso también facilita las cosas.
