After I made other plans they then offered me to change dates. Too late. Still refuse to refund and they expect to keep my $300 after providing me nothing. We were very happy with the close proximity to all the sights, the comfort, cleanliness, and arrangement of the rooms (actually it was like an apartment), and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Billy in particular.
