### Modern Apartment in a Quiet Yet Central Location

This modern apartment is situated in a peaceful area, just a short walk from both the subway and tram stops for easy access to the city. You\`ll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a lively farmers market nearby. The beautiful Riegrovy Sady park is also within walking distance, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. Located on the ground floor for added convenience.  
  
Provided during your stay:  
  
\- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.  
  
\- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.  
  
\- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.  
  
\- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).  
  
\- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment.  
  
Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in begins at 16:00\. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All necessary instructions will be sent after your mandatory registration.
