Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and within easy access to restaraunts etc.15 minute walk to old town. 2 minor points, there was nobody there to greet us (our confirmation said there would be) and one of the shower heads was broken. However, neither detracted from a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely dissatisfied with checking in. I had no access to the room. An owner/manager never shared the access to the property and did not wait for me to check in. I was lucky I met two Americans from Michigan who called the owner/manager of the property and then, after 45 minutes waiting outside on the street at the lock door, I was able to check in at 6 pm. I do not recommend this place.

Prior guests arrival, we do contact our guest and transmit them the check in instruction. We were unable to contact you as you didnt provide any of your details, so, we had no other choice than to wait you to contact us in order to provide you with the check in details.We are not a hotel, we rent apartment, and if we do not have a reception, we do provide with apartment that are twice the size than a hotel room for the same price than a hotel room. Our phone number is available everywhere, and we always reply calls.We received a call from other tenant asking us to provide with your check in details, and we did so immediately.It is pity that you waited 45 minutes in front of the door prior to contact us. If you decide to be hosted again at our place, then we would recommend you to provide with your details, so we can contact you and provide you with a smooth check in, or you can just contact us and ask for the check in details too.Sorry again and hope that we will host you again.

As a family, we visited Prague for the New Year. When we arrived to the hotel in the evening, there was only one room left, which had one less Sofa bed and had no kitchen, as different than our booking information. The room was new and clean. But, it was small and dark. The location of the hotel is not easy to walk to the center. We had a car luckily and drove every where. Otherwise, we would have been in trouble.

Excellent, they did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Apartments are modern and equipped with everything you need. Well located, close to many stores, bars, restaurants, tram and train stations. I will would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for anyone looking to visit Prague.

Not worth the trouble! nice at first glance
Had trouble checking in, unbelievably rude receptionist who hung up on us/a staff member from hotels.com when asking for help several times, no front desk/staff on site. The room itself was quite nice but many of the appliances weren’t working (the towel rack, air conditioning, and for the first day the laundry machine). Save yourself the trouble!

There was not enough warm water and very noisy in the night at times and there was no salt and oil in the kichen. That are the critical points. Beside that, it was not too bad, the flat was pretty clean and the bed was okay

Oppholdet var fint. Kom til stengt dør, men fikk ringt og fikk kode for å komme inn. Stort og fint men renhold kunne vært litt bedre. Og kunne ønsket at det kom noen med rene håndklær. Senger var gode men sovesofa i stuen kunne hatt en ekstra madrass. Alt i alt fornøyd til prisen vi betalte. Men litt småting .

Nice location and apartment
Nice location of apartment right next to Letna park and very good public transport from Letenske Namesti next by. The apartment had good standard with nice bed and bathroom and necessary amenities in kitchen. The heating did not work, but when I contacted the owner, I got quick help and good service and problem was fixed. A pleasant stay, would recommend for both shorter and longer stays in Prague.

Bei Fragen, würde ie der Herd funktioniert war das Personal sofort zur Stelle. Auch bei anderen kleinen Anliegen könnten die Mitarbeiter sofort Abhilfe schaffen. Overall war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Prag kommen wir, gerade auch wegen des erschwinglichen Preises, zu 100% wieder in der Letna Suite unter. Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Positiv war der Preis, war schon deutlich günstiger als vieles in der Umgebung. Das Bett war einigermaßen bequem. Für 6 Personen geeignet - nur zwei Stühle. Vollkatastrophe am ersten Abend: Das Bad. Es kam nur kochend heißes Wasser. Sowohl mein Sohn als auch ich haben uns die Hand verbrannt. Als ich um Hilfe geboten habe hieß es, ich solle am nächsten Tag nochmal schreiben. Da kam dann auch jemand und löste das Problem schnell. Trotzdem natürlich nicht so toll, dass man am ersten Tag nicht duschen kann, wenn man von der Anreise und der Tour durch die Stadt verschwitzt heim kommt. Klopapier war auch nicht da, das mussten wir selbst besorgen. Wo bekommt man heutzutage kein Klopapier? Da auch die Belüftung im Bad kaputt war und wir so lange versuchten die Dusche auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bekommen, war unser Klopapier gleich durchgeweicht. Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut. Die Toilette hatte Flecken, neben meinem Nachtkästchen lag ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch, Socken von jemand anderem neben der Waschmaschine, gebrauchter Pizzakarton lag rum. Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt und vermutlich uralte Essensreste dort, wo das Besteck eingeräumt war. Die Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ließ sich nur oben verankern, Wenn das Fenster offen war, klapperte sie sehr laut. Im Winter mag das ok sein, im Sommer könnte ich hier nicht schlafen

Hello Josef,Sorry to hear that you didnt appreciate your stay with us.It is good that you recognize that we are providing very good value to our costumer. You texted us at 11:15 pm to inform that the shower was only giving hot water, and at this time, we do not have a technician that could fix it. However, I fixed it directly early morning the second day, and I tried the water in front of you with my hand and I didnt got burned, Our water warmer is set to maximum 60 Degree, and cant burn. We do provide toilet paper to all our tenants and you never informed that the toilet paper was missing in your apartment or informed. We are really sorry that you took it so bad that we had no technician to set up your shower at midnight. Upon each apartment cleaning we do place all utensil in the dishwasher and wash it, but we dont clear out the machine.

Skuffet og kan bestemt ikke anbefales.
Lejligheden ligger på 5. Sal med skråvinduer. Så lejligheden var mørk og vinduerne lå så højt og skrånede så meget, man ikke kunne se ud af dem. Der var meget varmt i lejligheden og aircondition var i stykker, så vi måtte sove med åbne vinduer. Men så var eer virkelig meget larm fra gaden - udrykning og trafikstøj. Ingen vinduer i køkken og opholdsrum, hvilket var som at sidde under jorden i en bunker. Mangelfuld køkken i forhold til service og køkkenredskaber. Vi fandt et par gamle underbukser Beskidte underbukser i en skuffe på et værelse. Elendig beliggenhed i kedeligt beskidt kvarter. Fraråder alle ophold i denne lejlighed. Eneste gode var sengene.

Worst experience in Prague so far
I am travelling to Prague 10 -15 times a year. This was my worst accomodation comparing what you get for your money. It's a nice appartment in Letna district. Big parks, the castle, national gallery and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants are in walking distance. But the appartment is not taken care of. Check-In: Arriving late, the key should be in a safe box. But this box has already been opened and no key to find. Reception was closed. Mobile number did not respond my call. Only with help of another resident who knows the owner in person I have received the key 1,5 hours after arrival and could check in around 1:30am. I have found the floors in all rooms dusty. But reception and room service not available. So I cleaned on my own. In the kitchen no kitchen spoons, no kitchen towels and no cleansing tabs for the dishwasher. In the toilet not enough toilet paper. 9:30 in the morning noisy renovation works started and lasted all day long. On Sunday noise started even 8:30 am. In general the building is noisy inside (other residents) even when situated in a quiet area.

Apartment was very nice and staff was very friendly. Very nice and firm king size bed. TV was big enough and was quite new. Apartment had nice dark curtains and no noise from street. Room was clean. Bathroom was Ok.
