Wonderful location. Small, grey lady hotel with some of the limits of an older building. However, the room was spacious, with an unparalleled view of Prague Castle, and I was largely within walking distance of almost all of tourist Prague.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the castle. Beds were a bit hard but clean. Updated bathroom. Room well decorated. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location and quiet for the area. Would stay here again. Keep in mind that there are no elevators/lifts if you are on the upper floors.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and uniquely attractive. The hotel is very conveniently located in an attractive area near the Charles Bridge. Although not all of the front desk clerks were friendly or helpful, the breakfast staff were great and the breakfast itself was excellent.

Great hotel. Very clean and looked just like the pictures on Expedia:-) you don't always get that. Unfortunately there were some equipment issues: the elevator was out of commission, which is a minor point, and the Samsung Mini Split HVAC unit in our room also did not work and was throwing an error code indicating issues communicating with the outside unit. Fortunately the weather was comfortable and did not necessitate the use of the unit, but it would have been nice to have it noted prior to check in that that unit and the elevator were both out of service. Perhaps with a small discount. Other than that, we enjoyed our brief time there and would stay again.

We were very pleased with our 3 day stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and in a prime spot near the Charles Bridge and walk to the castle. We booked the luxury room and the view was incredible. The breakfast was very enjoyable as well offering hot and cold options. Overall great hotel in a fabulous city. Defintely will stay here again when in Prague!!

A unique and special hotel!

It is one of the most special and unique hotels I have ever stayed in. The service from start to finish was phenomenal with great care and professionalism. Security is top notch and paramount here and no more than 2 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. The breakfast is fantastic quality and the whole hotel both bedrooms and interior is again beyond immaculate. A very proud hotel and history is beautifully preserved. Will certainly stay here again.

Old hotel in an old city

Charmig hotel, the building was about 400 years old. The style could say everything was old. We enjoyed very much to stay here!! Best of all was the location some steps from Charles bridge in a quiet street. Very good stay

Friendly and clean hotel only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. We had a lovely room on ground floor with arched brick ceiling. Room wasn't the biggest but that did not ruin our stay. Loved the hotel and Prague.
