The location may be out of the circle of activities, but the staff and services make up for that. The rooms are large compared to many Europe hotels, and the staff works hard to please guests. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which is good for some, although the bar is rarely used and only staffed if a guest goes down there. No one comes in from the outside. TVs are decent old flat panels, but do not have HDMI connectors for computers or devices. The hotel is a beautiful older hotel but has been updated wonderfully. The staff there is tremendous. We stayed last year, and when we returned, they remembered us! Every attention to detail has been met from the air conditioning (worked beautifully by the way), the food, everything! This is my favorite hotel we e ever stayed at and we have stayed at hundreds! I can’t say enough about all the staff there either.
