Der „Fitnesstaum“ ist ehr ein kleiner Albtraum. Die Sauna reicht für zwei Personen und kann ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden. Hier sitzt man allerdings im Dunkeln, da das Licht vermutlich schon längere Zeit defekt ist. Das Frühstück vom Büffet war super- auch Glutenfreie Backwaren wurden hier angeboten. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum durch die gegebene Raumaufteilung etwas eng und dadurch unentspannt. Das Hotel ist genau das, was wir von Prag erwarten - Altbau mit hohen Decken, von unserem Zimmer hatten wir Blick auf die Moldau. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und Service und Entgegenkommen wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir haben im Vorfeld Zimmerservice für ein Frühstück geordert - hier wurden unsere Wünsche zu 100% umgesetzt - also perfekt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen - vom frischen Obst über Müsli, Brötchen, Eierspeisen, Kaffeespezialitäten und Teeauswahl, dazu dezente Musik im Hintergund. Auch die Frühstückszeiten sind komfortabel - werktags bis 10.30 Uhr, am Wochenende bis 11.00 Uhr. Das Zimmer war ok. Der Kleiderschrank etwas klein, die Beleuchtung etwas spärlich, die Fenster schlossen nicht ganz dicht, die Tür der Minibar hing etwas schief in der Angel. Aber das Bett war groß und superbequem. Täglich frische Handtücher, Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee waren vorrätig. Heizung funktionierte bestens. Der Fernseher hat 3 deutschsprachige Programme. Die Lage ist perfekt - 10 Min zum Altstadtring/Karlsbrücke, 15 MIn zum Wenzelsplatz. Tanzendes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe. You have the river and the public transport close but it takes around 15 minutes to arrive to the center by public transport even though the city is quite small. Das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte einen Matratzenschoner unter dem Laken (welcher regelmäßig gewaschen werden kann). Leider war die Atmosphäre in dem Hotel recht anonym. Es gab keine Bar und die Lobby wirkte, wie auch unser Zimmer dunkel und ungemütlich. Die Einrichtung an sich ist fand ich sehr geschmacksvoll, jedoch wurde in unserem Zimmer in dem eh schon wenig licht rein viel noch viele dunkle Farben verwendet. Ansonsten war aber alles top: groses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und sogar Bidet. Jeden Tag wurde Duschgel, Shampoo, Bodymilk und mini-packung Taschentücher sowie verschiedene Teebeutel und Zucker aufgefüllt. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage lies sich gut und leicht steuern und war schön leise. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, schien jedoch nicht immer alles sofort zu verstehen, wenn man englisch sprach. Die Rezeption hätte allerdings etwas größer sein können, damit zu Stoßzeiten, mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig "bedient" werden können. Auf Wunsch hätte man mit 30-Minütiger Voranmeldung die Sauna für sich reservieren und nutzen können. Die Lage des Hotels war gut: Ruhig aber zentral gelegen. De kamers zijn echter erg aan vernieuwing toe. De hoofdwand van het bed is letterlijk versleten, behang dat van de muren afkomt, dat ziet er helaas niet zo mooi uit. ook is het personeel/receptie niet erg efficiënt. Zeer trage check-in zonder enige informatie.
