We had a lovely time at the EA Aparthotel Melantrich. We chose a top room floor with a walk up balcony to the rooftop. The view was amazing. Checking in/out was easy with pleasant clerks. Housekeeping was always around during the day. There is radiator heating and wall hung AC. We had read there wasn’t an elevator but were happy to find that there was one. The area is a high traffic tourist zone with lots of restaurants and shops. It felt very safe. The subway and trams are just steps away. If staying in Prague again we will definitely be back.

Great location. Room clean and nice, however issue with the heating being locked on and not able to gain access to thermostat. Raised with reception but not adequately resolved.
