This hotel is in an excellent location to see all the essential highlights of Prague within a walkable distance. Our room itself was a little tired - broken shower, etc. - and the front desk staff was not exactly welcoming but the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We were happy we chose this hotel.

Lovely welcoming and efficient staff. Room was clean, bright and functional with the h rich decor. The breakfast was great with loads of choice and constantly replenished throughout the service. I would have loved to have a view but something to aim for next time. Very pleased.

Our room was a river view room, and there was an extremely high amount of noise from the street—car horns, the tram, and people yelling. We did not sleep very well. Otherwise, we loved the spacious room, the beautiful decorations, and the wonderful staff!

The Charles Bridge Palace was the finest hotel we stayed in while in Prague. From the greeting at the desk, the beautiful entry and accomodation, absolutely perfect. Loved our stay. So elegant and gracious.

Our recent stay at the end of March ‘24 was ok but if your sleep is important to you do not choose a river view room as the passing trams will keep you awake. Also this hotel does not offer room service despite Expedia’s claim that it does. Rooms were basic but clean enough. I’d rate this hotel as a 3* with more of a bed and breakfast feel than the services of a hotel. However the hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

Great location. Access to everything we wanted to see and do. Very helpful staff. Big room and biggest bathroom I've seen in Europe. Everything was well taken care of on the property and would highly recommend this option to people wanting to make the best of their Prague experience!

Central location. Most tourist attractions are 15 mins walk. Tram stop in front. Good breakfast spread. Pleasant staff. Checkout 11 am. Has luggage storage facility.

Fantastic hotel! Clean, comfortable, complimentary breakfast with many choices, and it is very close to everything. My room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Tidy, elegant building. Well situated for the Old Town and a short walk to the castle. Limited choice at breakfast, sometimes queues whilst waiting to be seated. Our room extremely noisy - the weir in the river opposite coupled with the incessant revelling to 5 am from the nightclub opposite rendered it unpleasant to open the windows. With the exception of one gentleman a stiff and relatively unwelcoming reception team, who on departure asked what we had used from the mini-bar. On being informed a couple of waters he disagreed stating it was at least six. These we had thought were complimentary as two fresh bottles arrived every day and we are accustomed to this from other hotels in say, the UAE. Certainly a first for us - needless to say we were charged accordingly!

Property was really nice, the breakfast was amazing, there was a lot to choose from and the staff was really nice! The room I stayed in was divided really nice and had two bathrooms, it had two bathrooms and it was well divided.

The hotel and room were great. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. We had a super early flight the day we checked out and the front desk arranged to have a real nice to go breakfast ready for us. Highly recommend this place!!

The property is nice and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious but minimalistic. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. This property is a short distance to many sites and shopping options. Just a few things that were less than expected include the shower and sink did not drain properly, the toilet ran/cleared constantly which was rather annoying and only one outlet on the wall of the bed.

Conveniently located in the heart of Prague
Beautiful hotel located right next to Charles Bridge! We loved the classical style. How room was spacious and had a view over the river. Breakfast is included and offers many different options! From its convenient, central location, we were able to walk around during out entire stay without needing to take public transporation.

Great Stay
My mom and I stayed here for two nights. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean. Not as modern as some hotels we have stayed at, but we had everything we needed. The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended a restaurant just down the street that was absolutely charming and delicious! The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was incredible, with so many options to choose from. The waitstaff were really on top of things and kept everything stocked.
