Prostorný byt v centru města

Pozitivní: skvělá poloha v centru města, všude blízko. Přímo v ulici několik možností stravování. Ložnice do vnitrobloku, takže v noci klid. Spousta úložného prostoru, krásná, funční kuchyně, všechny místnosti velice prostorné. Negativní: zájem do bytu je v horším stavu, zvenku se hůře odemyká, zevnitř je skoro nemožné dát klíč, všechno vybavení v bytě už má svá nejlepší léta za sebou, zdi by také potřebovaly nově vymalovat. Šok byl, když v 5h ráno jsem spadla i s roštem z postele. Pak jsem zjistila, že rošt je na posteli jen položený bez jakéhokoliv přimontování. Radši jsem spala v obyváku na gauči.
