Very nice and clean place to stay!
Very central location. You can easily walk to the old town city center. Nice small apartment with very well equiped kitchen. The communication with David was always fast, kind and very helpful. The only point that really bothered us was the staff members which were extremly unfriendly. If it wasn't for that we would give full points.

I stayed in apartment 104. The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a great kitchen come sitting room and WiFi. The air conditioning was a godsend, ensuring I slept great. The double window system ensured a very quiet stay. The toilet and shower were also impeccable with l’occitaine soap, shampoo, shower gel and hand cream a great and very welcome touch.

On the main road and very very loud
Apartment doesn’t have 24 reception so need to make note of check in time. The place overall wasn’t overly clean. We moved the sofa a little and found dust piles, hair, a few peanuts and sultanas. Just in need of a good vacuum and clean. The curtains were very dusty and they are not full block out curtains so the sun comes through and wakes you up as soon as the sun comes up. Also the place is on a main road so all night you can’t sleep as there’s so many cars, trucks, motor bikes and sirens buzzing passed. Would not stay here next time

I apologize if you had a bad stay in our hotel. We will make the cleaning better, but other things can´t be fixed. We have lightproof curtains. All of them installed one month back. Soundproof windows as well, so if you close them, you do not hear anything.

Quick stay Prague
Nice stay, room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has enough utensils and dishes. Chill offers food items for sale, I didn’t try any of them. Netflix only item offered on the tv, for me that was great. You can purchase breakfast in the morning, we left early to catch a train, didn’t get to attend. Hotel is centrally located and close to the train station.

Chill Apartments
A great apartment and fab location. I would recommend the apartments and would definitely use them again if I visited the city.Apartments are just further up the road from the National Museum. Apartment is modern and has everything you need for your stay, the mini bar and basic groceries available was valuable addition to the apartment. I was travelling with an 11month baby so it was great that they provided a travel cot and also a box of toys for our arrival. We arrived late at night an needed a late check in but I arranged this by email with the apartment staff and was given clear instructions , it was a straightforward process. Thank you One thing I would say is that the pillows on both beds were really awful and not adequate at all. They did affect my sleep.

Fantastic location. Clean apartment with all the kitchen amenities. Quiet. It has Netflix (no normal TV). It has free laundry and dryer (a plus). The bed is a bit too soft and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable for my taste. I wish the pillow was the normal size pillow.

Overall quality of the property is good. The overall management is good, bright. However, there's no room service daily, the receiption closed early and it's not 24 hours reception, but you still can whatsapp the owner for urgency.

Cleaning was their downfall
We came in when the cleaning lady was finishing our room. The bedsheets smelled dusty and the towels smelled moldy. I dropped my earplugs who rolled under the bed and it looks like it was full of dust. The maid put the garbage top inside the dishwasher. I saw her do laundry by putting all the clean towels on the floor before loading them into the dryer. If management made an effort to hire better maid service and upgrade the bedding and pillows, this place would be a 4 star experience. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. I loved the free coffee and free washer and dryer.

Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is very good, Every room has a split AC. It is not a true two bedrooms but adding a bed in the living room. The 2nd bathroom has no shower. Minor issue like a leaking faucet was addressed to the property. Overall it is a nice stay.

Best service anyone could ask.
We had problems with our reservation through hotels.com which caused an unnoticed cancellation to our bookings. Me and my family were left without accommodation on a new years eve in a near zero degree climate. However the staff at CHILL was so friendly and helpful, he helped us booked another accommodation and even helped to pick up key to our new hotel. Thank you once again for your help, (sorry i forgot your name). A note to the owner, please look after this guy, he runs the place like his own or beyond, he basically saved our holidays. Thank you

Great stay!
Nice apartment just a few minutes walk from IP Pavlova metro. Well furnished and one of 4lthe comfiest beds I've slept in for ages! Well stocked fridge and cupboards but charges were a bit high - suppose you're paying for the convenience though.

Prague couples trip
Our stay was great! We loved the apartment and wanted to stay in even though we were sight seeing in the area. The location is perfect, was easy to get to everything and public transportation. Kristian was a great host. Even when we had an issue with our room he took care of it right away and upgraded us! We also had unfortunately forgotten something when we checked out and they made arrangements to let us back in and we miraculously made our flight on time. Definitely would recommend staying here if you want a nice cozy place that feels like home in Prague.

Hotel was ok but not as warm and homely looking as it does in the pictures. There was no welcome or instruction pack for any of the goods in the apartment and reception is only open in the mornings so you was screwed if something went wrong after this. There was no tour of the building so we had to guess where the laundry room etc was. On our last morning the bed collapsed from beneath us while we was asleep i went downstairs to report it and there was no asking if we was ok and an apology just he will look once we have checked out. upon check out he saw my boyfriend who is 6'6ft tall and said oh i see why the bed collapsed now which is very insulting considering he isn't overweight in the slightest and even if he was surely a bed should be sturdy enough?? The apartment location is perfect and Prague is a beautiful country but i dont think i would stay at this apartment again if i was to come back

Thank you for your feedback. Reception is open from 8:00 till 16:00 so itś not only in the morning. You had a phone in your apartment with number to the reception. You have a number to my phone and you could call me anytime. Same with a email. When you came down to the reception your last day and said that the bed just broke, you also told me that nothing happend to you and you are checking out in a moment, so I can repare it after. You told me that you are ok. and I apologize for the small joke. I didn´t think that this big man will be so sensitive.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We needed laundry done urgently as we were only staying for a short time, and they allowed us to use the property's laundry facilities free of charge. The location was convenient for what we needed to do.

Great apartment, very clean. Had everything you’d need for a short stay and close enough to metro and main sites. Beautiful city and we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Our apt was super cute and spacious! Very well located, it had everything we need and more... including Netflix and laundry facilities!!!! It felt like a piece of home away from home.
