The apartment was great and perfect for relaxing after a hard day hacking at a hackathon and sightseeing. It is situated perfectly in Anděl with some nice amenities close by, including the tasty Tardice restaurant serving traditional Czech cuisine and Click Coffee across the road had the perfect breakfast :) I was also surprised the property had a washing machine, but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. Most of the time the chap at reception was very pleasant, except on the last day there was a new chap and he made an unpleasant remark in which he made it clear that he is not a fan of short term lets, but I shrugged it off.

Best aparthotel in Prague
This apartment is located in andel an area in Prague that has a lot of shopping centers ,restaurants and a lot of activities that goes on in the area. It’s also about 10-15 minuets to the old town Square by using the tram. Your best option to move around Prague and know the city very well is by using the tram. It’s very affordable. The tram seems to run 24/7 because there was always something available for me from the old town Square to andel after midnight. My host Galina was awesome. She was very helpful and very detailed about the apartment and Prague.I also met her mom Luba and she was the most friendly and nice. I will advise all travelers going to Prague to consider staying in this apartment for an amazing stay and experience in Prague. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.Thanks a lot Galina and mom

No reception. This is an apartment not a hotel. Had to phone to get entry. Entry was delayed. Poor condition generally. Light not working socket loose in wall. Not very clean. Curtains did not cover windows.

Make sure U provide your arrival time. Great place
The place is very big, the wifi is EXCELLENT, you have a whole router to yourself, it is clean and I had zero issues, EXCEPT, read the small print with regards to arrival. You need to ring before you enter the country, there is no reception at this place and you will be left on the street if you do not organize your arrival time with the management so someone can be there to let you in, ensure you have the correct number to call if when you arrive nobody is waiting. After some frustrating 30 to 60 mins I got it sorted and once sorted I can't fault the place. All good. The place is a little out from the main tourist area of prague but a good 20 mins walk (no issues for me) There are loads of shops and restaurants around and Google are located around the corner so that will give you a flavour of the area, its commerical rather than touristy.

Very comfortable apartment
We were staying at this hotel for the second time. The location cannot be better as there is now direct bus to the airport, lots of trams and Andel metro station; shopping opportunities are great. Starting October 1 there is no reception service. A hotel clerk was not helpful at all in dealing with my requests for fixing lights and he was trying to ran away as his hours were over; a very nice maid changed a burned light bulb in our kitchen when I complained to her. There was no light in the building hallway and it was impossible to see apartment numbers (a neighbour said that it was "normal" which gave me an impression that it goes on for a long time). I regretted that I did not take a flash light with me. Otherwise our apartment was very comfortable.

Hotel appears to be being dismantled
The reception area has been dismantled and has a for sale sign on the door. Check-in involved speaking to a security guard, I had a phone number to call if I had any problems and the check-out process involved me leaving the key in the flat. There were also ants in the bathroom.

Very near to tramway,metro and bus stop
There is a shopping center near this hotel very quite place there many shops and resraurant there and hotel room very wide 70-80 m2,but ı wanted to stay a room with 4 single beds,theybqave us 2 singles and a aofa with two beds,but it is not very important because of sofa's bed is comfortable as single beds.1 day parking is bery expensive 15 euros because ıf paeking problem at prag.Hotel is 10-15 minutes away from old prag and charles bridge

Good location not the cleanest
The andel location is very good as there are plenty of shops restaurants and public transport nearby including a metro station. The apartment was a good size. The sofas were stained. The shower was smelly because it was blocked with hair etc., which we removed but housekeeping never cleaned it up. We found the beds uncomfortable and there was only 1 very soft pillow on each bed. Overall a 2 star experience.

Great hotel for my business trip. Nice to see a kitchenette and a washing machine, although I didn't have time to use either. Next time! The room was very hot, even in January. I tinkered with the radiators and thermostat to no avail, and finally slept with the window ajar.

Beautifully clean and convenient
What a wonderful place to stay! Directly next to major transport links and a Tesco, the apartment was convenient as well as incredibly clean and tidy, with all the facilities we could have asked for - including a lovely view across the city rooftops as we were on the top floor and had a very pleasantly unexpected balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, including the block's front desk security staff who kindly were happy to take our key to pass on when we forgot to notify aparthotel Angel that we required early checkout. No issues or complaints whatsoever, would recommend to anybody and everybody.

Perfect.
Went to Prague for my brothers wedding. For the price and location this place can't be beat. I loved everything about it. The only thing I could think of that was negative about the stay is one of my pillows was stained....it didn't bother me at all but for some it may. Staff were friendly, rooms cleaned every day. And the balcony was perfect. Loved this place. Will definitely be staying here again.

Room temperature was 32 degree celcius at night with no air conditioning . 3 sleepless nights. A lot of restaurants nearby and supermarkets like Tesco and Albert. Good location.

Excellent location
Close to train station and a nice leisurely 25 minute walk away from Central Prague- the location is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The staff are also very helpful and help you with any questions you may have. Excellent hotel!

We had a most wonderful time living in this apartment with good location, nice neighborhood and friendly staff - Mark and another male employee at the night shift on June 19, 2015. We highly recommendate this apartment to others who will travel in Prague and we wish go back some day.

Stayed for a week and the apartment was serviced each day. B100 had separate bedroom, foyer, big bathroom and good size kitchen combined living area with a balcony. It is minutes walk walk to transport, trams and subway. Andel is very good location with Tesco and Albert nearby. Very good security, check out your apartment front door.

Wonderful place to visit Prague
It was a lovely place, comfortable and clean. The service was really helpful and cordial. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's a metro station just a few minute walking, so is really easy to go to everywhere. I fully recommend this place when you visit Prague

Loved Smichov- easy to get to centre, and away from mass of tourists. Apartment huge- only drawback is very little cutlery, crockery for self catering, but as it is so cheap to eat out that was not a problem for us. Clean and safe.

Good space, very clean and close to metro/trams.
Apartment was very quiet and clean. Great for families. The only downsides were a lack of crockery which made the self catering part a little tricky; and no welcome tray with coffee/tea either. We would use again though as it ticked pretty much most boxes.

Difficult to find but once you found the hotel, everything is fine. Transport link is very good, shopping mall close to the hotel. Prague is a very pretty city but don't go during the peak season. We went in Sept but it was still packed with tourists

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. BUT..NO Air conditioning, nor even a fan provided, upon several requests, sp, due to medical problem. High temp of 32c recorded in the room in July and high humidity, we couldn't sleep, had to keep door open, endangering my health and our security. If we hadnt paid, we would go somewhere else. 4 sleepless nights, and receptionist told us he couldnt contact management, as they were away for the weekend. No effort was made to help us manage the heat. Definitely not recommended for summer. Very upset and greatly disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

This is an apartment hotel. Clean modern room with kitchen facilities, located on the top floor of an office building, in a brand-new development with lots of cafes and a large mall nearby. Tourists who want a friendly b&b or a quaint atmospheric hotel should not stay here, but if you want a reasonably priced, quiet place this is fine. Two block walk to the Smichov metro or trams, two stops to the old town.

The hotel room was huge. Very we'll kept with hotel staff there every day. Close to many shopping, restaurants and most important the public transportation. Quiet area away from tourist areas, but easy access to most popular areas. Highly recommend Aparthotel for stay in Prague.

Functional Apartment
Do keep in mind that it's an apartment, not a hotel. There is a check-in office that's open until midnight, & the staff there were very helpful, but it's not a hotel lobby. As an apartment, it was very clean & spacious (I'd guess 600-800 sq feet), with stove, microwave, fridge, & even a washer/dryer. Very good value. Nice bathtub/shower. Daily cleaning. However, the downsize to an apartment is that if you have an emergency at 2 a.m., you're out of luck. I left at 4 a.m., & b/c I left my key in the apartment I would have been out of luck if I'd left something behind. It also would've been helpful if there'd been any bilingual info in the apartment like instructions for using the washer/dryer & info about what the different TV stations there are. I could never find TV in a language other than Czech - unsure if it wasn't there or I was doing something wrong & could've gotten subtitles or something. So: on the plus side it's a great deal & you could fit 4 people in the bedroom & living room. On the minus side it's not like you can get a wake up call & order a taxi.

Fantastic Aparthotel in a well connected area
The hotel has spacious new rooms in Andel, which is very well connected to all areas of Prague. All major points in around 15-20 minutes. Lovely supermarkets and mall very close to hotel. Much better and cheaper than any hotel in Old Prague. This is the place to stay in Prague

The apartment was very suitable. Nice kitchenette which was nice to have as the apartment is located very near 2 grocery stores. Very close to train/subway station and it is only 2 stops to the old part of town. My only criticism would really be that the lighting in the apartment is very bad and it isn't possible to open the draperies completely to be able to let in natural light. Normally if I was just traveling and visiting it would have been fine but I needed to do some work as well and so it was not great. BUT the internet was terrific and had a router in my apartment. Didn't deal with the staff other do check in or check out so can't speak to that.

Excellent apartment! We loved it! Complete apartment, minimalist design (but only contains basic furniture), beautiful kitchen, has strong wifi signal (one in each apartment). There was daily cleaning service (even if they said it was every three days) and they gladly changed sheets, towels and refreshed washroom supplies upon request. The only little problem was our washroom had a funny noice when the vent was turned on. Receptionist is fluent in English and both were very friendly. She even helped us book a taxi to the airport. So close to the subway and at least 10 tram lines. All attractions are about a 10-15 mintue tram or subway ride.

Very nice apartment for a family!
For the money I spent, I think the apartment was excellent for a small family. It's located in a very easily accessible place from Metro. There are a number of restaurants around and a huge mall very close by. I would happily recommend this for any family, we liked it so much.

superb place to stay
Went to this hotel with couple of friends. Building is in excellent location. It wasnt close to a main street so there was no traffic noise. It was really close to the town centre tho. We had quite few late nights, but coming back was never a problem as most of the night trams were stopping at a stop few minutes walk away from the hotel. food store was about 40m away from hotel. Inside was really nice designed, newly furnished, clean. Everything was in a good and working condition.

Apart hotel Angel
My husband, one year old son and I stayed here for 11 nights. I was very happy with the accomodation and services within the apartment. The location is perfect with a shopping centre and fantastic yet cheap restaurants only a stones throw away. The apartments have a hob but no oven and there is no washing machine also. That would be my only critique of the apartment. Overall I'd recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
