The apartment met our expectations completely. Our contact at "Best In Prague" was responsive and helpful. The only thing that hit me here was the keypad in place of a key. It’s slower to use than a normal keyed deadbolt and put me in a “keyless” mindset that led to me forgetting the other key (a small fob) that’s needed to get through the first door.
