Friendly, fun and extremely helpful. This is a perfect location, an easy to walk to old town, charles bridge, prague castle, national museum. Even Vyšehrad is 25 min walk. Ton of restaurants and caffès just a few minutes walk. Metro stop is in the front. It is very clean, and room was very nice, it was wide enough and have all the essentials. It is situated in a very beautiful and active area, there are restaurants, markets, and even shisha bars around, near the transportation, it is close to the opd town. The owner of the hotel is very kind and gentle, and all the staff are kind, and this is very important for a foreigner, especially when you are a solo female traveler. I would stay at this hotel next time, it was a short stay but a very pleasent stay, it made the whole trip worth it. As we were staying over christmas this was a large part of our decision to book the hotel. The owner refused to give us breakfast despite accepting that they wrote the advertising description, and admitting that this was a common issue. When we asked them to correct the false advertising (seeing as they clearly refused to provide what was promised) they simply shrugged and said they could. They became agressive when pressed about the issue and left my wife in tears.
