He was there to greet us at the start and provided lots of little extras including delicious homemade arancini. "The house was absolutely stunning and well equipped. Marilena met use at the villa and showed us through the house - even had stocked in wine, drinks, some starter groceries and we were good to go. Very responsive when we texted a few questions. The house was very relaxing with many places to relax /eat indoor or outdoors. It is a good base to tour southeast Sicily with everything we wanted to do seeming to be 30-60 minutes drive - visiting towns and restaurants."

"Le Maria is a very nice house with a wonderful pool and garden area. A happy herd of cows lives on the other side of the garden wall and the clanging of their bells gives a tranquil countryside feel. The owners Graziella and Sara were extremely helpful and responsive.
