"Centrally located on the east coast makes it easy to go north or south. Nice and quiete in the eve. Nice pools. Wish they had more fresh juice options on site"
"I booked this property at the very last minute as our previously booked hotel did not work out. We were so happy to see the property when we arrived. The reception lobby is beautiful, each clerk was kind and helpful, we love the valet staff, and the rooms are easily accessible. A favorite is the beautiful infinity pool, which we were in every day of our visit. Walk a few steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a nice game room for kids and young adult adults with pool tables and vintage video games, etc. Nice outdoor bar with quick food and live music in the evenings. We plan to go back there at least once or twice a year, just to enjoy this beautiful property."
"Kelsey at the hotel restaurant bar was amazing!! Give that woman a raise, above and beyond service.
Hotel should repair lost tiles on pool and spa needs additional cleaning to prevent white foam from oils"
"Great centralized location in Wailua right on the ocean. Beach next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. We rented bikes for the week with excellent scenic riding in both directions with the 5 mile bike path nearby. The unit itself is beautifully newly renovated with much of the local monkeypod woodwork personally crafted and installed by the owner, Luke. Luke also pulled through for us giving us an additional night (when there were virtually no rooms available on the island) when we could not fly out due to the tsunami evacuation. Great stay at Luke's place!!"
H-G-T-V type Renovation, Million Dollar view starting at only $210/night!
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was wonderful. Your instructions were easy to follow and check in went smoothly. Might want to restock the kitchen to make up four sets of everything as it is low on silverware! Also for people who would rather cook there is a shortage of bowls etc. Otherwise everything was clean and exactly as expected. An excellent place to stay. Thank you"
Oceanfront, newly renovated. As low as $220/night.

"Property is as advertised. Host was accommodating. Watched surfers, kite surfers, and saw turtles right from the balcony. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. Even though it’s on the first floor, it is completely private and secure. Couldn’t see anyone else on their lanais and no one comes back where the lanai is. Note, there are a few stairs to the unit. Not a problem for us, but could be important for someone else. Been to Kauai before and stayed in Princeville. Too congested and far from many things. In my opinion this condo is the perfect place to stay. Wailua is so quiet, easy access to beaches (which were mostly empty), and very close to shops and restaurants. Super convenient to the airport too. "
