"Kappa Sands 2 was a lovely property to stay in! Our stay was 9/27/26-10/05/26 post hurricane Lowell. This property is so close to the beach it’s amazing. The master bedroom with the sliding glass door open welcomed the sound of the surf all night long with beautiful sunrises in the morning. The townhouse had everything we needed, appreciated the beach towels and sunscreen. The location is great with shopping, restaurants, and Lydgate Beach all within walking distance. We’d spend our mornings touring the island and the afternoons relaxing on the lanai reading and watching the ocean. Simon was a wonderful host and quick to respond with any questions. The property is lovely, well kept, and very quiet! We definitely will come back here again! Thank you Simon and your wonderful assistant Crystal!!"

"We stayed at this unit for five days and absolutely loved it! The unit was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, and the location was quiet and peaceful. The staff, especially Cindy, were super nice and helpful!The only downside is that the building is a little old and could use a fresh coat of paint and some updated appliances. With these improvements, the place would be perfect!There is no air conditioning, but the ocean breeze kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again!"

"Perfect base to explore Kauai. The condo is beautifully decorated and very generously equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable beach stay, including beach equipment. Everything is well organized and labeled, with instructions as appropriate. The lanai overlooks Wailau Bay and the beach with the mountains in the distance. The central location in Wailau makes it easy to travel to the south and north of Kauai. Plenty of local shopping and dining options, from food trucks to fine dining. Hosts are very responsive to questions and provided extensive information about Kauai in advance to help plan our stay. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday."
