This is a large ocean-front property that has 4 separate entrances for each floor. this listing is the Second-Level suite and has a separate entrance and private space. 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom. People enjoy the views of the ocean and mountains. This suit is 1000 sq. ft on the second level of the house. From the decks, you can hear whales, sea lions, and a multitude of birds and wildlife. It is a very quiet and peaceful place for family or friends. We have cellular data and WIFI service in this building.
THE SPACE:
The Second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen-size bed in the living room, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private deck to enjoy a morning coffee. The second floor has a kitchen with a double sink, dishwasher, full-sized fridge and stove, microwave, and a dining table with all the basics for preparing meals. The deck can enjoy the ocean views. The deck is bright and cheery with lots of deck space and windows to enjoy forest and ocean views. people can see the sunrises in the morning and sunset in the evenings from the private beach. the pass to the beach is a forest trail.
Guest Access:
This wonderful, bright space is situated on 11 acres of oceanfront property just 10 kilometers south of Lund, BC on Atrevida Road. The building has parking beside it and extra parking nearby.
NOTE: This whole property is a waterfront view and surrounds the forest.
This second large ocean-front suite has a separate entrance and a private bathroom and kitchen only for the guests.

Feel like cabin royalty!
We had a lovely stay. The space was spacious, and we loved the unique architecture of the house. So cool! We definitely took advantage of the wrap around deck, with beautiful ocean views. The hosts were kind, courteous, attentive and very down to earth. My one regret is that we couldn't extend our stay because the space was already booked. Highly recommend this gem of a spot!
