There was a female women at the front desk made the check in simple and fast, and was very pleasant, clean rooms and public areas. Now the bad.......the elevator kept breaking down, we were on the fourth floor, I had surgery and with 4 kids and our luggage this was not a good. It could have been shared on check in that the elevators were going in and out of service.

I stayed a week and the entire staff were friendly and professional. The gentleman working on the evening shift helped us get our luggage to the room and helped us figure out how to get the keycard to work. He was also very helpful with getting the jacuzzi water level raised. The entire hotel was cleaned daily. We are normally Hilton Honors members but chose HI due to its location and having an indoor pool.
