Located on a quiet private road, 2 miles off Northway/87, perfect for a romantic couples retreat or a small family getaway. In any season, we are surrounded with an abundance of activities & local attractions to enjoy. Lake George is 25 min south, Lake Placid 1 hour north. Come explore the splendor of the Adirondacks!!

THE SPACE

The Loft Suite is located on the 2nd floor above our garage. The private entrance for the suites’ guests is thru an oversized mudroom (Smart lock access code) which has a flight of stairs leading up to the Loft Suite entry door that requires a key for entrance. There is a lockbox outside the entrance (code access) that houses the room keys).

We are located .7 miles from the Bible Institute/ Word of Life Youth Camp and our property borders the Bible Institute’s ‘The Pines’ campground. Our home is a convenient and comfortable accommodation for parents and youth leaders while their youth are attending Snow Camp or summer camp. Word of Life is a 2 minute drive.

The suite is spacious (680 sq ft) and bright with plenty of windows. The space is clean and cozy, and of new construction and modern furnishings. A Smart -A/C with remote control to keep you cool in the warmer weather. There is FREE Wi Fi and Free Netflix with a Smart-Tv (access to Hulu, YouTube Tv and Amazon by using your personal account). Wi Fi is great! (There is a cell tower less than a half mile away). The suite has a QUEEN size plush mattress and a FULL-SIZE FUTON for relaxing, watching tv, reading, or working on a laptop (futon also utilized as an additional bed). There is a roomy tiled bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and large vanity sink with lighted mirror.

The kitchenette has a table and chairs, silverware, (also disposable cups, plates, bowls and silverware for your convenience) a Keurig with coffee cups, 3.3 Cubic Ft. mini frig/freezer, and microwave. Complimentary K-cups, hot cocoa, tea and oatmeal provided for your enjoyment.

Our large backyard has a private fire pit for the Suites guests which invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy an Adirondack campfire.

Enter thru red porched door which enters into the mud room. The Loft Suite is located up one flight of stairs with a private bathroom. The shared backyard has private fire pit. There is a trail on the property for snowshoeing, skiing or walking. Garage is NOT accessible to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*The primary renter must be age 21.

This listing is for the 'Loft Suite' over our garage. The main house, 'Serenity Pines', is a separate listing. Both listings can be booked by the same guests who may need the extra space and/or are interested in an additional space that is separate & has privacy from the main house.

The Loft Suite is separated from the main house with an oversized mudroom with stairs leading up to the suite above the garage.
The door leading to the main house in the mudroom will be locked and guests in the main house will keep the door locked for their privacy.

Our property is close to the Word of Life Bible Institute and their affiliated 'The Pines' campground. From the end of June thru the end of August you may hear music or activities. Also, there are campsites bordering our property in the back yard. During the same time periods, you may see and hear campers .

There is a designated parking area for guests just past our driveway near the basketball hoop for 2 vehicles.
