The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom took away from the overall experience. The shower head needs to be replaced, and water leaked from the shower into the rest of the bathroom, creating a large mess after each use. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from upgrading its amenities, as they feel outdated. With some improvements to the facilities, this could be an even better place to stay.

Reception staff were professionally friendly, efficient, helpful. We were grateful to be able to get drinks and dinner at their small, but comfy dining in area our first night. This hotel has the absolutely best included breakfast buffet that I have ever seen. Located on a small but busy street. Would have given the hotel, a five star rating except for an odd bit of noise that occurred at our bedtime from the room directly behind ours. This room was not part of the hotel, but you could quite clearly hear a friendly sounding group of people having a nice but loud gathering. We were told that Management will be definitely looking into it and seeing what they can do. Definitely needs some sort of soundproofing.
