Potomac Mansion Close to Nature, Culture & DC
- This 9000 sf private Potomac Mansion is ideal for family gatherings, executive housing, or general getaway. Situated ~30 minutes from two airports and DC attractions, including the White House and Smithsonian, and minutes from the C&O Canal, Great Falls National Park and other hiking trails.
First Floor: A beautiful ballroom with crystal chandelier, fireplace and 18-foot ceiling; an elegant formal dining room with 24-foot ceiling and fireplace, a large gourmet kitchen with Viking and Subzero appliances, and a large breakfast table, a living room, a family room and 2 powder rooms.
Second Floor: Five large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Hallway overlooks foyer and dining room.
Full use of the house and property apart from the basement, garage and some storage space.
