This place is special, now I know why Mick Jagger stays here, the amenities, the staff, the location at the harbor, this is truly a 5 star resort, the food is outstanding, start your day off with an incredible breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant Zepos which is owned and managed by Litsa who is an amazing lovely woman, you will feel at home and with family, the menu is extensive and the food is all 5 star, extremely accommodating and everyone is fantastic which adds to making your stay memorable, we travelled all around Greece and this was our last stop and we did save the best for last, luxury at it’s finest.

We stayed with Elia suites before and have come to appreciate their apartments. This one is well located in Nea Hora. Walking distance to the limani.
However , I must warn you all future customers that the parking associated to that apartment is extremely steep and dangerous. We damaged our rental car. Also the entry way was consistently blocked by other cars. The annoying part is that when we asked initially the response from the staff was that nobody has ever complained. I find that very hard to believe.
When we spoke about this to the staff, they took no responsibility. I must say I have always been impressed with the service and staff at Elia , but this was quite disappointing. Also the apartment itself should have some extra furniture in the rooms. There is nowhere to place beauty products and towels ( except 1 hook in bathroom).
Staying with Elia suites again will depend on their response to all of this situation.. we still have not heard back from them.
