The selected apartment "Mare" Apt. 1 has 2 covered terraces, a large covered balcony and is surrounded by a garden where a grill can be used. In the living room there is original 1960s furniture (showcase, wardrobe, table with armchairs and a wonderful pull-out red sofa bed). The apartment is spacious; it extends over the entire 1st Floor of the house (90m²): 2 bedrooms (12m² or 15m²), living room (18m²), bathroom (bath, 2 sinks, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer), fitted kitchen (10m²) and 2 covered terraces or 1 balcony ( 10-12m² each). Towels in the bathroom / shower are provided. WiFi is available and free of charge. The house is located in a quiet area on an acacia path, 5 minutes walk from the center and the nearest beach. Parking in front of the house is free.
