"This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. "Alles war echt schön und neuwertig. Minikritik : ich hätte mir gewünscht das die Gläser im Zimmer nach Benutzung gespült werden. Teebeutel und Handtücher wurden erneuert aber nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt wären saubere Gläser cool gewesen. Wir würden aber trotzdem gerne wiederkommen. Sehr schön"

"Very large penthouse with plenty of space for large groups. It is very clean and looks brand new. Contact with Lars was pleasent and he responded very quickly when we had questions. Location is +/- 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and likewise from the train station. Plenty of parking space and easy access to the penthouse. It is unbelievable that you can rent a penthouse on such location, of such quality for such a low price. Can't wait to go back!"

"I’m used to info always being available on Vrbo app for checking in but this place emails you with info. It is not self checkin- the send location only thru email and expect you to check in at front desk. They are run partially like a resort/hotel and partially vacation rentals and treat each very differently. 1/4 roll of toilet paper left for us had to beg for more since we just got there cause we were with the vacation rental side. "Property would benefit from including some towels and tea towels, bedding is rented not automatically provided. There are no hairdryers or an iron provided. The stairs to the first floor are very narrow and curved, we would not recommend elderly or young children stay because of these! All of the above would make the stay a little easier. "We were disappointed with the accommodations. Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. The place has potential to be very nice, but they need to up their game."

Etage nur 3 Zimmer: 1 Doppelbettzimmer und 2 Dreibettzimmer mit Etagenbett. Da auch ältere Rentner dabei waren, war dies ein unmöglicher Zustand!! Das Vierbettzimmer in der 2. Etage existierte nicht.
