(233 reviews) If you’re looking for a luxury getaway, I would advise to avoid this hotel. This is not a four star hotel by any means - I’m not sure how it’s even received the positive ratings it has. The walls in our room had damp, the bathroom smelt like sewage and we were sharing our room with ants! We had a major ant infestation, and the ants kept coming back despite them cleaning it. We booked a sea view but we were on the ground floor and view was obstructed by trees and the quiet pool, despite the pictures showing a balcony and sea view. They were unable to accommodate our booking as they were full. Overall, I’m not happy at all with this hotel - the rooms are severely out of date and don’t look like they do in the pictures. The staff were nice, particularly Mahmoud (one of the waiters) - he was fantastic and really kind - probably the only positive about this place.
