Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was an extra cost ($37 per night plus tips for valets), but allowed unlimited in and out privledges. We were a little frustrated with the pool as there was no key required to get in. Many university students came in to enjoy the pool and rooftop and there originally wasn't any space/chairs for us as paying guest. The bartender continued to let them in and out of the pool and restaurant. This was frustrating given what we paid to stay. The location was right next to campus, so local restaurants and bars were often packed with students. We ended up driving downtown or elsewhere to dine.
