"Everything was wonderful! The room was neat as a pin and very large. We had a King and queen suite and the bathroom was huge. "

The hotel is hard to find, because the sign on the street has the name in such small letters that it is easy to miss (we drove by twice before finding it). The room was excellent, although the faucet on the sink was loose. But otherwise a comfortable, clean hotel that is a welcome change from the usual chains."

"Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel."

"The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. The individuals on duty at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning were cordial and informed us of everything we needed to know. Even the environmental services attendant we encountered on Friday after was cordial and courteous. Your staff is great."

"Please be very aware of your surroundings when staying here. The female staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional at checkout. As a solo traveler I didn't feel safe here and barricaded my door at night."

"Disgusting room,disgustingly property! Dirt and mold. Carpets filthy,elevator filthy. Cigarette butts in thecracks of the elevator door. No luggage trolleys,to help handicap people. No handicapped rooms. No staff offered to help. The property manager was more interested ingoing outside to assist a contractor getting ready to put up a new sign.Money should have been used on maintaining the inside of the motel."
