Rowing boat in shared use with another cottage. Wooden villa 2000, living room-kitchen (2 sofa beds, spread out 160 cm wide), bedroom with double bed, shower room / WC, sauna (electric stove), hall, glazed terrace (the glass wall facing sea can be completely opened). There is a fireplace on the terrace. Washer in the bedroom behind a curtain. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room / toilet. Air source heat pump. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa. Cot (baby's travel bed) and high chair available only by pre-booking. Barbecue hut where gas grill and wood heated grill. The reservation includes 3 wooden baskets of firewood. There is a hydro massage bath outdoors for rent at the price of 300 euros for the weekend, 450 euros for the whole week inc. towels. Note! Für eine max. Belegung von 6 Personen finde ich die Villa persönlich zu klein (zu wenig Schlafplatz). Leider fehlte die Leiter vom Steg ins Wasser (der dazugehörige Steg ist auf dem Bild nicht erkennbar). Darüber hinaus wurde bei der Endreinigung des Vorgängers bzw. der Vorgänger die Reinigung des Grilles übersehen.
