About this property

Amazing lake front property

  • This unique beautiful lake house is the one! It’s has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths with a large living room, large kitchen and dining room. Has an amazing view of the water and sunsets. Has a personal boat dock, walking distance to boat ramp. Large driveway with plenty of parking and space to turn trailers around. 15 minutes from ATV riding and 30 minutes from the town of Eufaula, shopping and restaurants. Directly across the water from 2 popular beaches and a 15 minute boat ride to the popular Evergreen Marina.

    If you enjoy ATVing and want to check out some trails Oklahoma has many to offer. The closest is located at the Eufaula Dam you can access them through Whitefield approximately 20 minutes away. Going on the back roads you can drive your buggy to the Dam or if you want to go a little further for a little more challenging trails then head onto Quinton or Kinta they have many levels from beginners to more experienced riders. In the photos I have attached a map of the ATV opportunities throughout Oklahoma.
