The owner is an interior designer and opulent fabrics combined with unique vintage finds have been carefully chosen to create a collected atmosphere. A unique house with bags of character inspired by the surroundings of bohemian Southsea with its laid back seaside vibes and quirky independent shops, bars and restaurants. We would prefer to host families or quieter guests. The space Recently refurbished the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new. The aesthetic is maximalist retaining many ornate Victorian features. The colours are bold and there are many rich textures. It offers three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one single bedroom, a basement room with a double sofa bed, a parlour, a ground floor cloakroom/utility area and an open plan kitchen with dining area with access to a rear patio and garden. A cute Victorian property with deceptively plenty of space for sharing couples or a family. Very homely and just a short walk to local pubs and restaurants and of course to the beach.
