We stayed for three days and found this to be a great location. We made full use of the kitchen to cook up meals. All necessary items were there. Loved watching the sheep in the pasture next door. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon in Scotland and this was the highlight of our trip. The cabin was a perfect place to relax and easily accessible to countless activities in isle of skye. All the touches to the cabin were so thoughtful and we had everything we needed. In fact, we needed up spending an afternoon at the cabin playing scrabble and enjoying the views as we were so comfortable there. Thank you so much Lizzie. The place had everything we needed, including fine welcome gifts of locally made products. The locals were extraordinarily friendly. Everything was exactly as described (or even better - my personal highlight was the coffee machine). You can really see the love our hosts put into the cabin. The location is perfect to explore the most beautiful places on the Isle of Skye. The weather wasn't great during our stay, so we really enjoyed relaxing in the warm, comfortable cabin and looking out on the beautiful landscape after a day of hiking. It's a great location for getting an early start on the best hikes. It was very comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. Although it's near the owners house, it is positioned to have a nice amount of privacy. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We enjoyed some of the items in our welcome basket that she prepared as well. The only disadvantage of staying up in Staffin is that food options are limited so you'll need to plan your meals well while you are near Portree. We would gladly stay here again. ##### Vince D.
