"Very private spacious villa with lovely pool away from everything. If you like complete privacy and don’t mind driving 15-20 mins to get to towns and beaches then this place is great! There is a small village nearby with supermarket and pharmacy for essentials. Villa very clean and great communication with Marcellino prior and during our holiday who was always available to message with any questions etc. Fully recommend"

"We booked this lovely villa for a weeks stay, very last minute. Francesca was very accommodating and extremely helpful with recommendations for car hire,taxis,places to visit etc. All in all an excellent host! The villa was exactly as shown, well equipped inside and out (lovely pool) and the view was amazing, the little welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. "Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. "We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. "This villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. "The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."
