The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, and plates, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The apartment also offers a smart Tv with a box, providing a variety of entertainment options. For your convenience, a washing machine and hairdryer are available. A baby cot and high chair are provided upon request for families with young children. For added comfort, the apartment includes a private garage, ensuring easy and secure parking during your stay. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the surroundings. Located in the heart of Porto Moniz, it offers easy access to the island’s natural wonders. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in the picturesque village of Porto Moniz, this charming coastal area is known for its stunning natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the vast Atlantic Ocean, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views, crystal-clear natural swimming pools formed by volcanic rocks, and a tranquil environment perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The area also offers a selection of cosy restaurants serving traditional Madeiran cuisine, local shops, and scenic walking trails that showcase the island’s lush landscapes. Whether you’re seeking adventure, gastronomy, or pure relaxation, Porto Moniz provides a truly memorable experience in one of Madeira’s most unique and beautiful settings. The property is easily accessible by car. Madeira Airport is a 65-minute drive from the property. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
