Well-equipped to host up to 2 guests, this cozy 1BR duplex comes with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a lovely living space with a TV. Several key amenities are also provided here, including AC wi-fi, TV, a balcony, oven, stove and there's a metro station just 4 minutes away (walking). We are certain you will feel right at home at our apartment and we look forward to hosting you!
This 1 BR duplex is modern and well-equipped! It can comfortably accommodate 2 people and thus is perfect for couples or a pair of friends traveling to our lovely UNESCO World Heritage City Together!
It is comprised of the following:
-A bedroom with a double sized bed, comfortable linen and an AC unit. There is also a foldable crib in the closet.
-A bathroom with a shower, toilet, a sink and mirror. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience!
-A nice living room with a sofa, a TV and an AC uni.
-A fully equipped kitchenette that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homemade meal during your stay like oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc.
- A second bathroom (WC) with a toilet, sink and mirror.
- An annex with a washing machine, iron + ironing board, bucket + mop etc.
- A gorgeous patio and garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sun, with a dining area for four people.
- A lovely balcony looking out into the garden.
