Our mission is to provide you with the best experience of accommodation, offering you a pleasant and an amusing stay…as if you were in your home! Please take the advantage of our location, visiting this delightful and charming city. Located in the very heart of the historical centre of Porto, this brand new apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, air conditioning and a small terrace. We have decorated this new apartment with an enormous passion and care! Therefore we want to provide you the best experience of accomodation you have ever had! Located in an historic neighborhood, in the centre of the city (a 100 metres from the Clérigos Tower), our apartment was built and renovated, respecting the toponymy of the street. Our apartment has good and spacious areas (75m2) and a pleasant outside area to relax and to have dinning time with family and friends. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, air-conditioning system and a fully equipped kitchen and living room! It has lot of windows , which is constantly illuminated by the sunlight and provides an extremely pleasant place at any time of the year. The guests can have access to all furniture of the apartment and also use all equipments there available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any doubts or questions you might have, during your stay in our charmed and beautiful city. We will provide you all information needed, either through the mobile phone, email or personally. Our neighborhood is located in a central area of Porto and the street is one of the most emblematic streets in town. Please have in mind that you are a few meters of all mainly attractions of the city! In our neighborhood you will be amazed with our local History , gastronomy, shopping areas, squares , nightspots , viewpoints and churches! We wish you a warm welcome to this city and our apartment. Here you will feel the true spirit of this city! In the historical centre of Porto, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the accomodation is located approximately 200 meters from the Aliados Avenue, 300 meters from the Train and Metro São Bento Station, 500 meters from the Ribeira, 350 meters from Porto Cathedral, 350 meters from the Palácio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. The accommodation is very closed to all public transports of the city. You are just 350 meters from the nearest metro and train station (S. Bento) and less than 100 meters from the Bus Tours, Tram Stop and Taxi cabs. Dear Guest, Fortunately, covid19 in Portugal is practically controlled, and life has returned to normal. However, as a precaution, we offer masks and disinfectant gel during your stay. At the end of each stay, we hire a disinfection team to ensure that everything will be disinfected and ready for the next guest. We can thus affirm and guarantee a safe stay in the city of Porto, and that they can enjoy our beautiful city and region. It is relatively accessible find free parking near the Flat. The apartment was absolutley spotless! The property has clearly been upgraded with quality , windows, AC, floors, kitchen very recently. There is plenty of storage and a TV with many stations. There is no time for TV in Porto. There is so much to see and it is all a short walk in any direction. Walk down the hill and there is a mini mart, continue down the hill and you are on the main street with sidewalk cafes , bakeries, and anything else you desire. Take a right downhill agaian and you are on the River with cafes, cruises and more. The yellow bus tour will bring you all over Porto and the 6 bridges tour on the Duomo is beautiful. We loved Porto and Veronica was very helpful. She arranged a taxi back to the airport for us and replied to all messages. Get your legs in shape as Porto is built on steep streets. The apartment is close to everything and you can hear the bells chime regularly which is beautiful. As with many european properties there are stairs only. We are in our late 60s and did not find it a problem. The building is very secure...and immaculate. ##### Ellen A. First off Veronica and her husband (the owners) and Rita (the on-site help) were all just wonderful! The location is convenient to all things downtown just a street off of the Tower of Clérigos which happens to be directly across from Costa Coffee - best Mocha ever! The flat was as described in the listing but I must have overlooked the fact that the washer/dryer was actually not in the flat but was four flights down! Yikes! Also if you are not familiar with European washer/dryer combos they do not work like a dryer in the U.S. A drying rack in the flat would have been really useful since there were two couples with a week’s worth of laundry from a hotel stay in Lisbon. We made it work but I would have loved a drying rack. The rooms are typical for Europe, on the small side but there are nice wardrobe closets in each bedroom, and the wooden shutters are a quaint touch. We have rented four flats in Spain and Portugal for the past month and it seems to be typical that towel bars and shelves in the showers for personal cleaning items are not a priority in Europe. Their addition would be a nice convenience however. I would definitely recommend this flat and Victoria and her husband and Rita to anyone looking for a modern, clean, convenient location with kind people. ##### Gina F.
