It has all the essentials needed to make for an enjoyable stay: the bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the kitchen worked. By appearances, it was renovated somewhat recently, so it’s mostly in good condition with a few minor quibbles. It's petite, but laid out well and not cramped, and worked well for the 3 of us. On a stormy day, it was easy to ride out a heavy downpour watching a movie, although there is only comfy seating for 3\.
