Good location and really nice restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit late and didn't have the code of the door. But Maria was only one phonecall away and helped us really friendly to get in soon. She also gave us some nice tips for breakfast. The appartment is really nice, spacious and tidy. Two little things for improvement are the bathroom (a bit smelly) and the sleeping couch (not really an attractive place to sleep on). O quarto é amplo e tem um conceito de arquitetura minimalista e moderno, mas o acabamento é muito ruim: o chão é instável e barulhento ao pisar, a cama é desconfortável para um casal. A porta do banheiro arrastava no chão, o chuveiro tem pouca pressão. Decidimos sair antes e perdemos o dinheiro de noites já pagas na reserva para ter um pouco mais de conforto. I traveled solo so the studio was more than enough space for me, but I would recommend it for couples as well with its plenty of room. Restroom and kitchen are updated and had good amenities/everything you need. Studio had fridge, TV, and fireplace. Keyless entry was super easy for check-in & out process. Check in is self - service and very easy. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but they aren't steep.
