This hotel is the perfect airport hotel, we arrived really late and greeted with wine and cake! Room was clean and comfortable and in the morning a basket of delicious breakfast! What a treat, highly recommend this place!!!

I cannot recommend this little gem enough. Right next to Porto airport, the staff was amazing! We had to be at the airport at 4:30am, they not only made us breakfast but took us to the airport! The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed that they had Netflix on the TV.

We had to checkout at 2:30 am. Despite the early hour, a take away breakfast bag full of goodies was made for us. Transport to the airport was quick and appreciated. It’s close enough to walk there, but with luggage, this was so appreciated. Would absolutely go back again!

Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant overnight stay. As an American I received help with ordering pizza for evening meal. They also helped me with taxi to take me to get on boat for river cruise.

Solar Antigo is a small boutique hotel. We were greeted by Inez who took our details and checked us in and then brought us complementary glasses of champagne and chocolate cake. The room was compact but very serviceable. The breakfast basket was amazing. It is an easy walk from Porto Aeroport and an inexpensive Uber ride if necessary.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix et personnel super
Wow quelle belle découverte cet hôtel situé à quelques minutes de marche de l'aéroport international de Porto. Seul regret, ne pas l'avoir découvert lors de nos précédents séjours à Porto. De l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ, tout était parfait. Le personnel est tellement gentil et attentionné, ils font tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La jeune femme à notre arrivée qui était à la réception parlait français et nous a accommodé avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée vu nos bagages. Elle nous a servi chacun un verre de champagne avec un délicieux morceau de gâteau au chocolat tout chaud. Nous a gentiment expliqué comment se rendre à l'aéroport à pieds (bien qu'une navette était également disponible si on préférait). Les chambres sont petites mais bien équipées et les lits sont confortables avec une literie de qualité. Que dire du petit déjeuner servi à notre chambre à 5h00 am puisque nous devions être à l'aéroport pour 5h45. Un vrai délice copieux et varié. Pour ceux qui sont inquiets de se rendre à pied à l'aéroport, tout est bien éclairé et indiqué alors soyez sans crainte. Cet hôtel mérite ses quatre étoiles. C'est une adresse à retenir si nous revenons à Porto. Vraiment un bon rapport qualité-prix et le personnel est vraiment très dévoué et gentil.

This was probably the best airport located hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal. The room, though small and cozy, was clean and well appointed. Upon checking into the room, staff brought us champagne and some cake to welcome us. The room itself had some nice touches like double doors for the outside windows that really made the room quiet. We had an early flight out the next morning and staff brought us our breakfast to go which was a nice touch.

Everyone who works there went way out of their way to be friendly and helpful. As they said, trying to make the hotel 10 stars out of 5. Loved the nightly Champaign and warm cake. Would definitely stay there again when we need to be close to the Porto airport.

We arrived couple hours earlier than check in. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and allowed us to check in and gave us the code and room card which then allowed us to go for lunch and return to our room later. Nice hotel, very convenient to airport with free shuttle. They provided a nice treat/champagne in the evening and breakfast basket in the morning, all complimentary. Mini bar stocked with water, juice, and couple beers as well, bonus!

Needed an easy access to Airport 1 night stay and this worked very well. Walking distance to many restaurants and the airport. Room is a little on the small size but well equipped. No elevator so need to carry bags up stairs

We had a very early morning flight and this property was perfect for our needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We left too early to take advantage of the provided breakfast but were provided take-away to eat at the airport. The shuttle driver was ready at the arranged time. The room was on the small side but was not an issue since we were just looking for a convenient location to get a few hours sleep.

The hotel staff was outstanding!! The limited staff at any time went out of their way to accommodate us. The facility, however, is run down and in need of some upgrades. No place to sit or wait for your room or have a coffee made arrival a bit inconvenient.

You can walk to this property from the airport in about ten minutes. Walking distance to car rentals as well. The rooms are small but super clean and the breakfast is delivered to your door at the time of your choosing. I requested 3:30 am and exactly at that time there was a knock on the door with the grub. Amazingly quiet considering the close proximity to the airport. I’ll be a repeat visitor.

We liked their location, their timeliness with wake up and breakfast at 3:00AM and 3:50 shuttle. Staff was very helpful without being obtrusive. Room decor was fun. Room was a little cramped but that is expected near the airport.

Very practical and a good value
Hotel didn't feel especially clean. It's a small building and the way the bathroom opens up to the bedroom creates a mildewy smell in the room. The door handle mechanism on my room was broken as well, which wasn't an issue for me since I didn't really leave the room, but if I did leave the room unattended, that would've been a huge security issue. Bed was comfortable though and proximity to the airport (with free shuttle) was a major plus. I didn't really eat the breakfast but it was a croissant, some bread, ham/cheese, and yogurt that comes in a cute basket but if I were hungrier I think I would've enjoyed it. To sum it up, the bathroom situation was the biggest negative for me but if I were traveling solo I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again

Wonderful stay. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Staff very nice and went out of their way to accomodate. The complimentary snack and beverage brought to your room early evening and the breakfast basket were delightful touches. Would definately stay again!

Quaint small boutique hotel within 5-7 min walk to airport. Friendly staff, easy check-in. Welcomed us with complimentary glasses of sparkling wine and cake then delivered us a wonderful basket breakfast in the am before our flight. Really liked that they keep the door locked and guests receive a door code for entry. The only criticism would be that the shower area in our room was not fully enclosed therefore water sprayed onto the floor.

Great little hotel or B&B
We were very impressed. It is very close to Porto airport. On could walk to it, but they have a shuttle. We were greeted with champagne and cake soon after we arrived. The room was compact, but very cute. The furniture and wall art were metal cutout designs of Porto or Portugal. It is beautiful and modern, but very well designed. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast arrived in a basket to our room. It had eggs, meat, cheese, rolls, croissants, butter, yogurt, coffee, warm milk, juice and Portuguese jello.
