High class apartments

The rooms are spacious with a separate sleeping area. Location near metro not too far from the center. Car parking was adequate. Staff were helpful. A wonderful 10 day stay.

Excellent location, near Porto old town and turistic attractions. Spacious, very clean, quiet and underground parking for a small cost. Excellent for short and long term stay. Safe area, plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, very close to Mercado Bom Sucesso. Plenty of small grocery stores 5min walk as well as cafes. Short walk to Porto turistic attraction area or 10 min by car.

The staff truly stand out—they were brilliant throughout my visit, always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Whether you're looking to explore Porto's iconic sights, enjoy the vibrant dining scene, or just soak in the city’s charm, this spot is perfect. Public transport and key attractions are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, Apartments Boavista Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean flat, great location, quiet. It offered all basic amenities we needed. I didn’t like the wall covered with a mirror, I found that quite disturbing. The furniture had many pointy corners that were dangerous for small children.

Boavista Palace Apartments - Porto's Finest!

Boavista Palace Serviced Apartments is my favorite place to stay in Porto. Their team are extremely professional and friendly; the apartments themselves are spacious (ask for one on a higher floor so you'll have a great view), and the location near Casa da Musica, Bom Sucesso Market, and Cedofeita is perfect -- plus you're only a 2 minute walk to the Carolina Michaelis metro station .

Excellent accommodation in Porto

Stayed in the serviced apartment as a family of four in a 2 bedroom apartment and from day one we were well looked after. We arrived at about 9:30am (check in 12 noon), The concierge was very polite and checked if our apartment (on the 7th floor) was ready, it wasn't, so he gave us directions to a local store where we could buys things for the apartment. when we arrived half an hour later our apartment was ready. It is a truly first class apartment with modern furnishings, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. it consists of a main bedroom with en suite shower, TV/dinning area which serves as 2nd bedroom, a kitchen area, second toilet. The rubbish is emptied everyday and apartment cleaned every 4 days with towel and sheet changes.The concierge was always helpful with places to visit and how to get there. Only problem we had was with the air conditioner which stopped working a few times during the night, this was always fixed after a short trip to the concierge on our way out for the day. I plan on visiting Porto again and will definitely use the serviced apartments

We find the property to be pleasantly quiet. The fact that it is a serviced apartment is a significant advantage, as it enables us to cook our own meals if we do not feel like eating out. As soon as we enter the unit, we notice the clean aroma. The bedroom is spacious, boasting a king-size bed with a comfortable bed and pillows. There is an abundance of storage space in the bedroom. The bathroom is also generously sized. Additionally, the apartment features a good-sized refrigerator, washer/dryer combination, & a dishwasher. The location is highly convenient, with a grocery store within walking distance, a hospital nearby for emergencies, and a Japanese restaurant located just outside the building. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, making communication seamless. The housekeeping staff is also friendly &courteous. We did not like that the bathroom and shower room had inadequate storage space. The bedroom tv was missing a remote control for TV was not a concern for us, as we do not watch TV in the bedroom. However, I was disappointed by the limited channel selection on the TV, including Netflix and YouTube. Additionally, the safe was not operational. I was not a fan of the pocket door design for the bedroom. Further soundproofing on walls, as noise from the neighboring room was still audible. The bed could benefit from a mattress topper, as the current mattress was quite noisy when moved. Overall it was still a comfortable stay. Will stay again

Edificio nuevo y moderno en una calle tranquila de un barrio bueno, muy cerca de centros comerciales, y con mucha facilidad para coger el transporte público, las paradas de autobús y metro están a la vuelta de la esquina. Recepción 24 horas y todos muy amables, parking barato y sensación de mucha seguridad.

Sehr gut war die Erreichbarkeit zur nah gelegene Bahnstation. Kurze Fahrt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zum Strand, zum Fernbahnhof und zum Flughafen. Die Unterkunft war groß, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Zimmerservice war toll und schnell. Fitnessraum und Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen runden den fantastischen Aufenthalt ab. Hätten uns nur gewünscht mehr Restaurants in direkter Nähe vorzufinden. Ansonsten war alles perfekt, wir fühlten uns sicher aufgehoben.

Très bel appartement. Très confortable : le lit, la douche, le salon et la salle à mangé. L,'appartement est très tranquille et c'est parfait car le centre historique de Porto est très bruyant. Il y a tout, pas besoin de courir quoique ce soit, ils viennent tous les jours pour les déchets, papier de toilette etc....et il y a un lave-linge un lave-vaisselle etc...- À une vingtaine de minutes du centre et à cinq minutes du métro.Il y a le parc du palais de Cristal à 15 minutes très beau parc avec des paons, des coqs et une très belle vue sur le Douro. Nous avons été très satisfaits de tout. Merci

조용한 주거지에서 편히 머무를 수 있었습니다. 메트로도 도보로 5분거리고 편하게 포르투 시내로 갈 수 있었어요. 공간도 넓고 깔끔하며 요리도구까지 다 갖춰져있습니다. 거의 모든게 훌륭했는데 개인적으론 무선 인터넷이 너무 끊겨서 불편했어요. 그 외엔 완벽했습니다.
